Craftily using the George Zimmerman 911 call and others, it is intended to generate healthy discussion about what happened the night of February 26, 2012. Our respect for the victim and his family is of the utmost. this video was made and uploaded before Zimmerman's arrest in mid-April, 2012, so not all facts known to us now were able to be incorporated into the film. If we had known, we would have shown the reality-- Zimmerman profiled, followed, and confronted Trayvon, and tried to detain him. This caused the boy to defend himself and fight him, and because Zimmerman thought Trayvon was an "asshole" from the nearby subdivision who was robbing their homes, he shot him when he was losing the fight. He assumed he would get away with the murder. Let's see if he was right...
